Welcome to Stacia, a comfortable and clean home that I have personally lived in and carefully maintained! 1. As a standalone unit on the 7th floor, it offers unobstructed views in all directions, allowing plenty of sunlight and ventilation, and overlooks the park. 2. It features a spacious private terrace, perfect for enjoying coffee on weekends or having chicken and beer after work. 3. With Cheonggyecheon Stream located right in front of the building, it is highly recommended for those who enjoy exercising.

Thank you sincerely for visiting our home located near Yongdu Station and Cheongnyangni Station. This is a clean, nearly new building completed in 2020. As the host, I personally live here and have lovingly tended to every detail from start to finish, creating a precious space. I maintain a clean and pleasant environment, even in unseen areas, ensuring you can rest comfortably as if you were in your own home during your stay. The biggest charm of our home is the "independent floor" structure, where you have an entire floor to yourself. You can enjoy a private and quiet time without worrying about the gaze of others or noise. Additionally, there is a private "terrace" offering a wide-open view, making it perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee while breathing in fresh air or relieving the day's fatigue. Located close to the transportation hubs of Yongdu Station and Cheongnyangni Station, it offers convenient access to anywhere, yet once you enter, it serves as a cozy sanctuary within the city. We will be a warm and comfortable haven for those needing short-term accommodation for a month-long stay, business trips, or remodeling. For safety reasons, please do not use parasols on rainy or windy days. 🧼 Appliance Usage After using the washing machine, please open the door and detergent dispenser wide to prevent odors while drying. The dryer is currently unavailable due to frequent breakdowns. We ask for your understanding regarding this matter. ♻️ Trash Disposal (In front of the utility pole) General Waste: Please dispose of it in designated waste bags. Recycling: Please sort plastic bags, PET bottles, glass, cans, and paper, place them in clear plastic bags, and dispose of them.
