This is a remodeled apartment with a gross area of 43 pyeong. It is a spacious and clean home with 4 rooms. Everything you need is provided! Although it is on the first floor, the balcony faces a pilotis structure, so there is almost no outside view, making it quiet. The view of trees outside the window creates a cozy atmosphere, and the minimal noise between floors makes it comfortable to live with children. There is also a playground nearby, which is great for kids to use. Since the home was furnished for actual residence starting in February 2026, it is equipped with the latest furniture and appliances :)

(One room is currently occupied by luggage.) It is prepared for 4 guests. Please inquire if you wish to add guests. 🛏️ Furniture There is 1 Tempur Motion Queen Bed, 2 Hanssem Single Beds, a sofa, a dining table, 4 desks, and BoConcept chairs. Additional bedding and rollaway beds are available if needed. 📺 Latest Appliances LG Objet refrigerator, kimchi refrigerator, Wash Tower, and microwave oven; LG TV and Styler; 4 Samsung air conditioners; Cuckoo rice cooker; Balmuda electric kettle; coffee machine; and bidet are provided. 🚭 Usage Guidelines Smoking is prohibited indoors, and pets are not allowed. When making a reservation, please provide a brief introduction and the purpose of your stay. When requesting approval, please inform us first via chat about the number of guests, age range, and purpose of your visit. I'll take your reference into account and prepare the bedding and setting!
