There is also a restaurant serving breakfast right next door. ▶ 5G Wi-Fi is provided, and you can watch Netflix, YouTube, and TV. A refrigerator, microwave, washing machine, and dryer are available for use. ▶ Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors (including e-cigarettes), and pets are not allowed. A special cleaning fee of 200,000 KRW will be charged for smoking. ▶ For same-day bookings, check-in time is after 8 PM. ^^ ▶ This is a newly built apartment (33 pyeong) located in Dalseo-gu, and we accept reservations exclusively from female guests. ▶ This is the home where the host resides; the guest room is an independent space located to the left of the front door. The layout creates a sense of separation, allowing for a private stay. The guest-only area consists of a separate room and bathroom, while the living room and kitchen are shared spaces with the host. (This is a rental of a private apartment room.) As it is a quiet apartment, it is ideal for business travelers, tourists, and interns to relax comfortably. ▶ There are a total of 3 rooms, each featuring a super single bed. A super single bed and a dressing table are provided. The room type is subject to change depending on reservation availability.
