If smoking is detected, immediate eviction will be imposed, and a special cleaning fee (200,000 KRW) will be charged. No Parties! While it is nice to have a good time, loud shouting or excessive noise late at night causes significant disturbance to neighbors. This is a space for quiet rest, so please be sure to observe these rules. No Pets: Unfortunately, pets are not allowed to stay with you (a special cleaning fee of 300,000 KRW will be charged for violations). No Cooking of Strong-Smelling Foods: For the sake of the next guest, please refrain from cooking strong-smelling foods such as fish, grilled meat, or Cheonggukjang. Protection of Amenities and Furniture: Please handle all items with care and return them to their proper places. Repair costs may be charged for any damage or contamination. Security: Visits or overnight stays by outsiders other than the booked guests are strictly prohibited.
