Unlike other accommodations, this one offers a luxurious gym and spa with sweeping views of Gwangan Bridge and the ocean. Also, I'm very particular about cleanliness, but the place was so clean from the moment I walked in that I didn't experience any inconveniences during my stay. The beach is just a 3-minute walk away, so I could enjoy the drone show with ease. The best part about this place is that it offers free parking all week long. The host is also incredibly friendly and always responds quickly to inquiries, which is a huge plus.☺️ It was a great value for money short-term rental. Thanks to you, I had a great time🙇‍♂️🙇‍♂️

From the moment I checked in, the cleanliness and pleasant scent put me in a great mood. Parking and transportation were very convenient, and there were plenty of things to see in the surrounding area. Most importantly, I was grateful that the host responded kindly and reflected my requests well. The new building even has a gym, so I was able to rest comfortably for a week. The bed and sofa were comfortable, and the TV and sound system were excellent. I also used the washing machine well. Thanks to it, I was able to stay neat and tidy without bringing many clothes. I sincerely thank you for providing such a wonderful space.

The view of Gwangalli Beach from my accommodation was truly amazing. The ocean right in front of me added to the romantic atmosphere, and the Millac Market was right next door, making it convenient to enjoy. I worked out at the gym with a view of Gwangan Bridge, and the sauna with its panoramic ocean view was also incredibly relaxing. There was a washer and dryer, which was convenient. The accommodation was incredibly clean, and the host responded quickly, so any questions I had were quickly addressed. I'll definitely stay here again when I visit Gwangalli! Thank you, host! ^^

This is a great place to stay for a week. It has most everything you need for a longer stay! The sauna and gym on the 5th floor are also great. It's a bit far from the subway station, but it was perfect for exploring the delicious restaurants in Minrak-dong and jogging to Gwangalli Beach. The host was also very attentive and responsive. ❤️

The place has everything you need - a washing machine, dryer, exercise facilities, and convenience stores near the house. Thanks to that, I had a great stay. Thank you

I had a comfortable and pleasant week. I'm thinking about doing a month-long stay next time.
