A duplex officetel located in the heart of Seoul, Gwanghwamun (Lines 3 and 5)

Since I came from abroad, it was difficult to match the check-in and check-out times, but I was truly grateful that the host kindly adjusted the times for me. The transportation and infrastructure were incredibly convenient and excellent, incomparable to anywhere else. Although I was away traveling frequently during the two months and left the place empty for long periods, when I stayed here it was truly comfortable and wonderful. There were so many delicious restaurants nearby that it was hard to choose. I had a really comfortable stay and am leaving with a sense of regret. I will definitely come back again. The location is so good~ Lines 3 and 5 are close, and Gwanghwamun and Gyeongbokgung are really close. Seodaemun, City Hall, Bukchon, Seochon, Insadong... I could walk to everything^^ I stayed for about ten days with the boiler running warmly. The accommodation has all the basics, so I think it would be okay to just come in. It was winter, so I couldn't bring many clothes because they were bulky, but there was a washing machine that could also dry them, so I used it well. There are various amenities nearby. I wanted to make my house my own villaㅋㅋ I checked in and out comfortably and had a good time~~~

My moving schedule got messed up, so I was looking for a place to stay for about a week, and I thought this kind of place would be better than a hotel, so I made a reservation. The host was kind and taught me from the beginning, so there was no major difficulty, and the place was cozy and clean, so it was perfect for staying. There are many restaurants and convenient facilities nearby, so I would like to stay there again if I have the chance. I don't know if I will get the chance because I can't make a reservation unless I stay for a week or more. There was nothing disappointing about the place, but if there was a disappointing thing, it was that one of the convenience store employees on the first floor was rude and a villain. There are many other convenience stores nearby, so it wasn't inconvenient. I will see the building when I pass by my company, and I think it will be a good memory.

The location is good. Gyeongbokgung Palace and Gwanghwamun Square are within walking distance, so it was good for sightseeing. There are many restaurants and convenience stores on the first floor and basement, which is good, and there is always a security guard on the first floor, so it is safe. The accommodation is quiet and there is no noise between floors. The accommodation condition is generally clean, but the room is a bit dark. The bathroom and kitchen are both well-cleaned, and there are many options, including an air fryer and an iron. One thing that was disappointing was that the air conditioner had not been cleaned for a long time, so there was a lot of dust in the filter and it smelled a bit musty. Due to personal circumstances, I had to stay in Seoul for 6 weeks, so I moved to 3 places, and this place had the best room condition in the same price range.
