Located right in front of Busan's Gwangalli Beach, Ianterradium Gwangalli Officetel offers panoramic views of the Gwangan Bridge and the weekly Saturday laser drone show. Gwangalli Subway Station, Millak The Town, Millak Alley Market, Millak Raw Fish Town, various convenience stores, and Jai Mart are all within a 10-minute walk. You can also enjoy the Gwangalli Festival and busking from right outside. Management fees average around 50,000 won per month, so if they exceed 50,000 won per month, an additional fee will be charged. Generally, it's under 50,000 won. City gas fees will be charged additionally if they exceed 30,000 won. For reservations of three weeks or more, the building's tower parking lot is available. (Large vehicles cannot be parked—Palisades, etc.; please inquire about parking in advance.) If you are staying for 1~2 weeks, it is cheaper to park nearby using Kakao T discount parking.^^;; We recommend walking to the Gwangalli Drone Show on Saturdays as there will be a lot of people there.
