[Dongdaemun Shindang] ★Free elevator parking OK★5 minutes from the station, Cheonggu Station, Dongdaemun Entrance Station

Accommodation Location: While the accommodation isn't right in front of the station, it's within a 10-minute walk of Dongguk University Station, Yaksu Station, and Cheonggu Station. The kids mostly used Dongguk University Station, but since Yaksu Station has better infrastructure, I often went to Yaksu Station to do some grocery shopping and buy groceries and then walked back to the accommodation. Cleanliness: It's very clean. I can't find anything to complain about. Communication with the owner: I was a bit confused about recycling after a long time, but the owner was always so kind and helpful whenever I called. Also, the one inconvenience I had, a broken dryer, was resolved with a new dryer! I was so touched. Overall: It's close to my kids' academy district on Line 3, and it's located in the heart of Seoul, which was great for my mom. It's a residential area free of noise and harmful environmental factors, so I recommend it for families traveling together or for families considering summer academy classes.

During the unexpectedly long short-term rental period, there were two of the best guesthouses I met, and this is one of them. In fact, among the houses operated by Samsam and Live Anywhere, there are quite a few stingy hosts who do not waste 10 won and do not know consideration in life, with surroundings that are different from the photos, cheap interiors, props, and strict rules. There are quite a few cases where you cannot leave the moment you make a reservation and check in, you do not want to live there, you cannot say anything, it is annoying and unpleasant. You should choose carefully even if you only live for a week. However, the host here is kind and considerate, and although the house is not big, it is comfortable, has good traffic flow, and the surrounding environment is quiet, and the props and consumables are very well-equipped. I stayed here for 2 weeks like it was my home. After spending the whole day looking around and walking around, I felt so comfortable when I came back to the accommodation, as if it was my home. I would like to thank the host again for his consideration. If I have another chance, I would definitely stay here again. A gift for my daughter and a Melona of memories:) I am touched. They responded kindly before arrival, and I could feel the host's consideration in many places in the accommodation. The welcome drink was also very pleasant. The location was close to Dongdaemun Station and it was great for moving to Myeongdong or Jongno. It was also okay to take a taxi to Jamsil at a reasonable price, so it seemed suitable for an outing in Seoul. It was a warm accommodation, so I would definitely use it again.
