Parkhabio is the original Seolseokwon. This complex is home to a movie theater, water park, department store, mart, and various franchise convenience facilities. Public transportation is within 5 minutes walking distance on Line 8. City buses also use the central lane of Songpa-daero. It is convenient to enter and exit Gangnam, Suseo, Jamsil, and Seongnam. In principle, less than 6 nights is not allowed, but it is possible if there is space between the long and short nights. Parking is available on the third basement level and is free of charge. Parking is limited to two cars. Visiting vehicles can use the parking lot for free for up to 3 hours, and 36 hours of mileage can be used per month. (Mileage is allocated at the beginning of the month, and may already be used up if there are first move-ins during the month.) Parking fee is 3,000 won per hour. If you're staying for more than one month, you can register your vehicle through the management office. Bring the lease agreement issued by the landlord (with a 100,000 won fee for writing) and registration is free. Up to one additional vehicle is allowed, for an additional fee of 50,000 won per month.

Bringing in animals and smoking are absolutely prohibited. If discovered, you must vacate immediately even if it is within the contract period. The deposit will be used for restoration costs. If the special cleaning estimate exceeds the deposit, additional charges may apply. Foods with strong odors, such as fish and meat, cannot be cooked or consumed indoors. If the wallpaper is contaminated, compensation will be provided.
